Job Description

Responsiblities

Oversee the comprehensive cycle of settlement and booking for securities, cash, and digital assets, including trades, deposits, and corporate actions. Conduct daily position and transaction reconciliations while investigating and resolving discrepancies. Manage the security master file and maintain banking relationships, ensuring accurate accounting across systems. Generate essential reports for regulatory compliance and client servicing, and apply meticulous verification for transaction accuracy. Collaborate closely with the IT team to test new features and improve the platform. Assist compliance and client teams in managing client data efficiently.

Required Qualifications

Candidates should hold a Master’s degree in business, economics, banking, or accounting. They need 8-10+ years of back-office operation experience at regulated financial institutions. Experience leading small teams is essential along with expertise in settlement, reconciliation, and regulatory reporting. An interest in crypto and blockchain is important. Being highly organized, autonomous, and detail-oriented is crucial. Proficiency in English is mandatory, with French skills being a distinct advantage for smooth integration in Geneva.
