Job Description

Our growing company is seeking an experienced IT Manager tasked with reinforcing our IT Department. The role involves ensuring optimal operation of IT infrastructure and systems for both local and international users. Regular evaluation and validation of systems are required to minimize downtime and improve security. The position also involves staying current with emerging technologies that enhance company operations and reduce compliance risks.

Responsiblities

The responsibilities include managing the IT infrastructure, systems, and staff, offering technical support round the clock as necessary, and reviewing IT policies to ensure compliance. The manager will establish objectives, provide training, maintain a secure work environment, and develop the IT team. Engagement in various projects for implementing new hardware and systems is expected.

Required Qualifications

Candidates should possess a degree in IT and at least five years of experience in IT Management, emphasizing infrastructure. Knowledge in Microsoft 365, Azure, networking, and systems like Oracle and SAP is necessary. Familiarity with manufacturing technologies like IoT and experience in project management are advantageous. Proficiency in English is essential, while skills in French or German are preferred. The ideal candidate is stress resistant, flexible, service-oriented, and exhibits excellent problem-solving skills and leadership qualities.
