Senior Compliance Officer Crissier Full-Time

Job Description

A leading fintech organization in the financial services sector is looking for a dedicated and experienced individual to join their compliance team. The role involves ensuring SME clients are onboarded and monitored effectively and compliantly. The position requires taking ownership of compliance execution with a strong focus on processes including KYC/KYT, partner integrations, and maintaining audit-ready operations.

Responsiblities

The responsibilities of this role include: designing SME-focused onboarding flows, executing compliance operations, performing risk assessments and enhanced due diligence, monitoring clients, maintaining audit-ready frameworks, ensuring regulatory compliance, developing compliance programs, supporting staff on compliance issues, keeping updated with regulations, and preparing regulatory reports.

Required Qualifications

Ideal candidates should have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field such as Law or Finance, proven experience in compliance ideally within fintech or financial services, knowledge of Swiss regulations, expertise in KYC/KYT and client onboarding, strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and fluency in English and either French or German.
