Job Description

An independent corporate advisory firm, offering a variety of services to businesses and investors, focuses on mergers, acquisitions, equity markets, and debt advisory. The firm works with medium-sized enterprises, fostering long-term relationships across several countries.

Responsiblities

Tasks include analyzing company situations by assessing market positions, financials, and growth prospects. Additionally, assist in creating client transaction materials and partake in all transaction phases, from initial analysis to finalization. Also, develop expertise for autonomous execution of transactions.

Required Qualifications

Candidates should possess a degree with a finance focus and experience in M&A or capital markets. Required attributes include flexibility, attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal skills. Fluency in German, English, and French is expected, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
