Senior Operations/Back-Office Manager Genève 60-80%

This position involves managing the back-office operations of a highly regarded financial institution in Geneva, known for its innovative approach in merging traditional finance with digital asset infrastructure. The organization serves a wide range of clients including institutional clients, banks, and asset managers, and is distinguished for its custody, tokenization, and core banking solutions. The successful candidate will join a passionate and highly skilled team of around 100 employees and contribute to rapidly scaling business operations across Europe. The role demands managing a lean team and engaging in hands-on operational execution while leading the team.

Candidates should possess a Master’s degree in business, economics, banking, or accounting, and have over 8 to 10 years of experience in back-office operations at regulated financial institutions. Experience in managing teams and solid expertise in settlement, reconciliation, and regulatory reporting across various asset classes is essential. A passion for crypto and blockchain, though not mandatory, is highly beneficial. Candidates must be detail-oriented, organized, and autonomous, with fluency in English; proficiency in French is advantageous for integration in Geneva.
