Job Description

Responsiblities

– Manage and expand relationships with external asset managers. – Handle client orders including various transactions and investment applications. – Act as an administrative link between the team and business partners. – Conduct tasks such as transaction monitoring and preparing client documentation. – Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal guidelines. – Contribute to projects aimed at enhancing service offerings.

Required Qualifications

– Degree from a business or engineering school, ideally with a finance focus. – Proven experience in a similar role. – Demonstrates curiosity, perseverance, and interpersonal skills, among others. – Aptitude for negotiation and proficiency in office software. – Strong service orientation and team collaboration. – Fluent in English and German; knowledge of French or Scandinavian languages is advantageous.
