Job Description

An independent corporate advisory firm provides a range of services including Mergers & Acquisitions, Equity Capital Markets, and Debt Advisory. The role involves executing mandates for clients and contributing to expanding the firm’s activities and client base, primarily supporting mid-sized companies and family-owned businesses across various regions.

Responsiblities

The role requires analyzing company situations by considering market positioning and growth prospects, preparing prospecting materials, participating in all transaction stages, and developing sector-specific and functional expertise for high autonomy in execution.

Required Qualifications

A degree from a top business or engineering school specializing in Finance is required. Ideally, candidates should have experience in M&A, Debt Advisory, or Capital Markets. Fluency in German, English, and French, alongside proficiency in Microsoft Office, is necessary.
