Job Description

Responsiblities

Offer support for main trading activities, focusing on various treasury-related tasks. Oversee and execute comprehensive collateral operations, covering areas such as bookings, payments, and reporting. Manage the full lifecycle of complex financial instruments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in risk reconciliation processes, and provide thorough reports on regulatory controls to key stakeholders. Address any discrepancies with a keen analytical approach, working closely with other operations teams to foster a spirit of teamwork and collaboration. Take responsibility for assisting with project management and handling urgent tasks as needed.

Required Qualifications

Applicants should have a professional background in business or economics, or have completed an apprenticeship within the financial services sector. A minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience in a treasury environment is essential. Strong interpersonal skills combined with enthusiasm and flexibility will be important for thriving in this dynamic setup. The ability to independently organize and prioritize work duties is critical. Occasionally working on Swiss bank holidays may be required, and skills in systems such as Trioptima, Markitwire, and Avaloq are advantageous. Fluency in both English and German is mandatory.
