In this versatile role, your primary responsibility will be to support and manage relationships with external asset managers based in the German-speaking region of Switzerland. You will be part of a team that values market expertise, contributing to our private banking, asset management, and corporate investment banking operations.

Responsiblities

Your role is to foster and expand business relations with external asset managers. This includes executing client orders related to foreign exchange, securities transactions, fiduciary investments, and credit applications. You will act as a crucial administrative link between our institution and business partners, handling tasks from transaction monitoring to the preparation of account opening and client documents, ensuring compliance with regulations. Additionally, you’ll assist in enhancing our service offerings through active project participation.

Required Qualifications

The ideal candidate holds a degree from a business or engineering school, or equivalent training, with a strong interest in finance. Experience in a similar role, combined with traits like curiosity, perseverance, autonomy, and confidentiality, is essential. Strong negotiation skills and proficiency with tools such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint are required. Fluency in English and German is a must, while knowledge of French or Scandinavian languages would be advantageous. A high degree of client orientation, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for teamwork are crucial.
