Job Description

Seeking a Senior Operations/Back-Office Manager to lead the back-office functions of a digital asset firm. The organization offers a dynamic environment at the crossroads of institutional finance and digital assets, with innovative custody, tokenisation, and banking solutions. You will manage an operations team and handle a wide array of tasks ranging from securities to cryptocurrencies.

Responsiblities

Responsible for overseeing all settlement and booking operations including securities, cash, and digital assets. Conduct daily reconciliations, manage security master files, and ensure accurate book-keeping. Must also generate regulatory and client reports, apply compliance measures, partner with IT for system improvements, and support administrative functions.

Required Qualifications

Requires a Master’s degree in business or related field and 8-10 years of experience in back-office operations within financial institutions. Must have team management experience, expertise in settlement and reporting, and a keen interest in blockchain. Proficiency in English is essential, with French being an advantage.
