Job Description

This role offers the opportunity to engage in administrative and operational activities within the compliance function of a banking and financial services environment in Switzerland. An approved working permit for the country is essential, with either an immediate or negotiable start date.

Responsiblities

The responsibilities involve conducting compliance activities, such as monitoring transactions, managing sanctions, reviewing and preparing account opening documentation, conducting thorough account reviews, and performing client due diligence. Additionally, the classification of corporate documents and the execution of various administrative tasks, including unexpected requests, are key components of the role.

Required Qualifications

Applicants should possess a legal degree, with a Master’s in Economic Law considered a plus. A comprehensive understanding of international jurisdictions and corporate documents, particularly within Switzerland’s legal and regulatory landscape, is essential. Proficiency in English is mandatory, and additional languages are advantageous. Candidates are expected to demonstrate strong ethical service, attention to detail, analytical and methodical skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft IT tools.
