The role is based in Baden and requires a blend of technical skills and client interaction abilities, particularly with their AML and payment teams, to manage and improve solution configurations. Candidates should have solid knowledge of payment transaction processing, screening, and AML environments. A familiarity with Linux/Unix systems and databases such as SQL is important, as is experience with technical integrations using SFTP, REST APIs, and MQ. The role demands a solution-oriented individual capable of explaining intricate technical and risk-based topics to clients. Fluency in both English and German is essential, with skills in French and/or Italian considered an asset. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Economics, or equivalent experience is required. Considerable expertise in financial services, banking, payments, or regulated fintech environments is needed.
