Job Description

An independent corporate advisory firm known for its extensive range of services geared towards companies and investors is seeking a dedicated professional for its Corporate Finance department. This role is vital in offering support for mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets, and debt advisory, aligning primarily with mid-sized companies and family-owned businesses across Switzerland and beyond. In a supportive team environment, you will work closely with corporate clients, handling mandates and contributing to ongoing business development and client partnership initiatives.

Responsiblities

– Conduct comprehensive analysis of companies to understand their market positions and financial characteristics for accurate valuations. – Prepare detailed transaction-related materials, such as those for initial public offerings, private placements, and acquisitions. – Engage in every phase of transactions, from initial analysis to final completion, ensuring seamless execution. – Develop specialized knowledge in specific sectors to independently enhance transaction processes.

Required Qualifications

– Degree from a leading institution with a focus on Finance. – Experience in areas such as M&A, debt advisory, ECM, or capital markets engineering is advantageous. – Must be flexible, able to work independently, detail-oriented, and possess strong interpersonal skills. – Fluency in German, English, and French required; proficiency in Microsoft Office is a must.
