Investor US Tax Reporting Specialist in Pfaeffikon – Full Time

Job Description

The role involves supporting the expansion of operational tax capabilities within private markets, focusing on both technical and operational aspects. Key duties include assisting in the annual US tax compliance process and gathering necessary information for tax reports related to various products. The role also entails providing continuous support for US tax matters concerning equity and real estate funds. Furthermore, the role requires establishing and overseeing tax procedures, assessing changes in tax regulations, and managing various tax projects as they arise.

Responsiblities

A vital part of the position is assisting with the annual US tax compliance process and coordinating tax returns prepared by external advisors. Other responsibilities include organizing tax reports for investors and collecting information necessary for annual US tax reporting. The individual will also support ongoing tax-related issues for equity and real estate funds while setting up and overseeing tax procedures. An additional duty involves assessing changes in tax laws and managing ad hoc tax projects.

Required Qualifications

Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree, with a preference for those with a master’s degree in tax, finance, or accounting. The role requires 2-3 years of experience in handling international tax matters. Strong analytical skills and a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, are essential. Fluency in English and good communication skills are a must, along with a proactive mindset and strong organizational abilities.
