Job Description

Join our dynamic team of over thirty fund administration specialists, focusing on delivering top-notch service to our expanding client base. You will participate in a comprehensive onboarding plan, expanding your expertise and professional growth within an international team. Work closely with colleagues worldwide in an environment of open dialogue, collaboration, and team spirit. Assume responsibility for private equity fund accounting, manage NAV calculations, book valuations and cash flows, and prepare detailed reports. Ensure precision and excellence throughout the process by cooperating with internal and external partners internationally.

Responsiblities

Handle accounting of private equity fund of funds, including NAV computations, valuation logging, and cash flows. Craft comprehensive annual and ad-hoc reports, maintaining accuracy and outstanding quality. Collaborate with global internal and external service providers routinely. Engage in various projects and operational tasks to enhance our service delivery.

Required Qualifications

A commercial apprenticeship or an advanced degree in business administration, accounting, or finance. A minimum of two years experience in accounting with a passion for the investment sector. Excellent written and spoken English skills, with German knowledge a valuable plus. Proficient IT skills, especially in MS Office suite, Excel, and Word. Team-oriented individual with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently when needed. High attention to detail and analytical thinking abilities.
