Job Description

This position involves working with an independent corporate advisory firm that provides a wide range of services to corporate and investors, including analyzing company situations and performing valuations. You will have the opportunity to develop strong analytical, synthesis, and decision-making skills, working closely with senior management to support mid-sized companies and family-owned businesses in several countries.

Responsiblities

Your tasks will include analyzing company positioning, financial characteristics, and growth prospects. You will contribute to the preparation of documents for various transactions such as IPOs, private placements, and acquisitions. Participation in all transaction stages from initial analysis through to completion is expected. You will gradually develop expertise in specific sectors to gain autonomy in transaction execution.

Required Qualifications

Applicants should hold a degree from a top business or engineering school with a finance specialization. Experience in M&A, Debt Advisory, or Capital Markets Engineering is ideal. Candidates need to be flexible, autonomous, and detail-oriented with strong interpersonal skills. Proficiency in German, English, and French, as well as Microsoft Office, is required.
