Senior Compliance Officer Crissier Full-Time

Job Description

A dynamic financial services company is looking for a dedicated and experienced individual to join its team as a Compliance Officer. The role involves ensuring SME clients are efficiently onboarded and monitored in a compliant manner. Responsibilities include owning compliance processes with a focus on regulatory requirements, designing, implementing, and improving compliance measures.

Responsiblities

The Compliance Officer will handle various tasks such as designing and managing KYC/KYT onboarding for products, executing daily compliance operations, performing risk assessments, and checking document verifications. Other duties include monitoring clients, documenting decisions, ensuring compliance with Swiss regulations, developing compliance programs, providing compliance support, staying updated on laws and regulations, and preparing regulatory reports.

Required Qualifications

Qualified candidates will have a degree in Law, Finance, or related fields with proven compliance experience in fintech or financial services. Knowledge of Swiss regulations, operational expertise in KYC/KYT, and AML are essential, along with attention to detail, communication skills, and fluency in English plus French or German. Additional certifications are advantageous.
