Responsiblities

The role involves supporting the Business Development team in acquiring new investors and managing existing relationships, with opportunities to build your own client portfolio over time. Responsibilities include contributing to client outreach, sales events, investor meetings, and preparing client inquiries and reports in a timely manner. This also includes coordinating with Product Management and internal departments to ensure high-quality deliverables for clients. You will assist in tracking and reporting sales activities using the Client Relationship Management system and contribute to company-wide projects.

Required Qualifications

Ideal candidates will possess a strong interest in impact investing, private markets, and emerging markets. A Master’s degree in a related field or equivalent education is required, with two to three years of experience in investor relations or asset management. Familiarity with impact investing concepts and industry standards, as well as a proactive, client-centered mindset, is essential. Excellent communication skills in English and German (including Swiss German) are required; French or Italian is a beneficial addition. Experience in developing countries is considered valuable.
