Job Description

The role involves administrative and operational responsibilities within the compliance sector. It requires engagement in daily compliance tasks and transaction monitoring. Understanding of sanctions, account documentation, client assessments, and document classification is essential. This role demands a thorough understanding of banking and finance regulations in Switzerland, while also offering administrative support for various requests.

Responsiblities

This position involves daily compliance checks and monitoring of transactions. It includes handling sanctions, overseeing account documentation, conducting periodic account reviews, and ensuring client due diligence. Responsibilities also extend to classifying corporate documents and supporting with administrative duties as needed.

Required Qualifications

Candidates should hold a legal degree with a preference for a Master’s in Economic Law. They must possess extensive knowledge of various international jurisdictions and an understanding of different corporate documentation. Familiarity with Switzerland’s legal and regulatory framework in the banking and financial sectors is essential. Proficiency in English is mandatory, with additional languages considered a plus. A strong ethical service mindset, attention to detail, analytical skills, and IT proficiency, particularly in Microsoft tools, are required.
