Job Description

As our organization progresses and evolves, we seek to bolster our IT Department by welcoming a seasoned professional to steer the IT division at full capacity.

Responsiblities

Lead and manage IT infrastructure, systems, and services for both local and international users; Ensure seamless operation of IT infrastructure with minimal disruptions; Stay abreast of technological advancements to bolster company performance and security; Provide technical and administrative support beyond regular work hours when necessary; Guide IT personnel by setting objectives, securing a safe working environment, and fostering growth opportunities.

Required Qualifications

Possess a degree in IT; At least 5 years’ experience in IT Management, with an emphasis on infrastructure; Expertise in Microsoft Office 365, Azure, Networking, and ERP systems; Experience with manufacturing tech such as RFID and IoT; Proficient in project management for system implementations; Excellent command of English, with French or German as an advantage; Thrives under pressure, communicates effectively, and excels in problem-solving.
