– Degree in Finance from a prestigious business or engineering institution. – Preferably possesses experience in mergers and acquisitions, debt advisory, ECM, or capital market engineering. – Proficiency in German, English, and French along with strong skills in Microsoft Office. – Demonstrates strong analytical capabilities, interpersonal skills, as well as flexibility and attention to detail.
