Senior IT Manager in Nidau – Full Time

Job Description

Our organization is in a phase of significant growth and transformation, necessitating the bolstering of our IT Department. We seek a highly skilled IT Manager to lead our efforts in optimizing infrastructure and system performance. The role demands strategic thinking and technical acumen to ensure seamless operations across Swiss and international sites.

Responsiblities

– Ensure the seamless management and optimization of IT infrastructure, systems, and services for both Swiss and international operations. – Develop and update IT strategies to incorporate new technologies and improve security, efficiency, and compliance. – Oversee system administration and provide technical support, including outside normal working hours to support production schedules. – Manage the IT team to cultivate a professional environment focused on safety, skill development, and performance. – Regularly review and adjust IT policies to guarantee compliance with current regulations.

Required Qualifications

– Degree in Information Technology or a related field. – At least 5 years of experience in IT Management with a significant focus on IT infrastructure. – Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, Azure, networking, and ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP. – Experience with manufacturing and warehouse technologies, including printers and IoT devices. – Demonstrated project management skills in technology implementation. – Strong English communication skills, adaptable to varying levels of stress and busy environments.
