Job Description

Responsiblities

– Develop software solutions using C++ for embedded and desktop applications. – Program low-level software targeting microcontrollers such as ARM Cortex-M and STM32. – Collaborate closely with the electronics team to effectively integrate software and hardware components. – Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, including analysis, design, implementation, testing, and documentation. – Conduct thorough code reviews and ensure the highest software quality through automated testing. – Support the commissioning, troubleshooting, and optimization of prototype and series products. – Participate in international development projects, working across various time zones and teams.

Required Qualifications

– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field. – Several years of experience in C++ software development, preferably with modern C++17 or newer. – Strong knowledge in embedded programming and low-level development, including register access, interrupts, and peripheral control. – Familiarity with common embedded toolchains, debuggers, version control systems like Git, and build systems. – Analytical and structured approach with a strong sense of ownership and teamwork. – Excellent command of German (spoken and written) and fluency in English; French skills are a plus.
