Job Description

This role is focused on providing key administrative and operational support within a structured environment. The emphasis is on ensuring adherence to legal standards and maintaining high-quality operational processes.

Responsiblities

The position involves a range of responsibilities including daily compliance monitoring, transaction oversight, sanctions compliance, handling account opening documents, conducting account reviews, performing client due diligence, classifying corporate documents from various jurisdictions, and supporting with miscellaneous administrative tasks as needed.

Required Qualifications

Candidates should ideally possess a legal degree, with a Master in Economic Law being advantageous. A sound understanding of international jurisdictions and corporate documentation across different regions is crucial. Familiarity with Switzerland’s legal and regulatory banking and financial sectors is essential. Proficiency in English is mandatory, and knowledge of additional languages is beneficial. The role demands a strong ethical disposition, high motivation, attention to detail, a systematic and analytical approach, and proficiency in IT with a solid command of Microsoft tools.
