This role seeks a proactive individual with experience in Application Engineering and Manufacturing. The opportunity allows you to join a team involved in producing advanced exhaust aftertreatment systems for high-power engines in both mobile and stationary settings. Responsiblities

Lead and control projects involving emission aftertreatment from start to finish. Focus on meeting timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Coordinate efforts among teams in engineering, production, and supply chain to ensure successful project completion. Support the sales team during the initial phases of proposals by providing technical expertise and assessing project feasibility. Act as the main contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and fostering strong long-term relationships. Participate actively in technical discussions, helping to solve problems during the design and execution phases of projects.

Required Qualifications

A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering fields is required, along with 3-5 years of experience in project management, ideally within the Marine or Power Generation sectors. An established history in application engineering or technical roles and a hands-on approach to tasks is essential. Candidates should demonstrate excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving skills and be proficient in project management tools and methods. Fluency in professional English is mandatory, with German or French as beneficial additions.
