Responsiblities

Join the Back Office, working directly in the Settlement Retail team. Handle transfer operations across various asset classes and global markets. Manage the processing of physical shares and conduct reconciliation and investigation related to securities. Provide front-office support and maintain daily communication with external counterparts and custodians. Efficiently utilize SWIFT messages and integrate tools like Telekurs, Bloomberg, and other internal systems for operational excellence.

Required Qualifications

Candidates should have at least two years’ experience in a financial back office setting. Fluent French is required, while proficiency in English and German is beneficial. Excellent Microsoft Office skills are needed, along with a strong interest in technical tools. The role suits stress-tolerant team players eager to engage in a dynamic team environment.
