Job Description

The company is a prominent asset manager focused on impact investing in private markets across emerging regions. Their approach integrates Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles throughout the investment process to achieve positive social and environmental impacts while aiming for competitive financial returns. Responsiblities

Assist the team in attracting new investors and managing existing client relations, while gradually building a personal client portfolio. Participate in planning and implementing client outreach initiatives, sales events, investor gatherings, and presentations. Address client requests and reporting needs promptly and professionally. Collaborate with various internal teams, including Product Management, Marketing, and Legal, to deliver high-quality client services. Support the documentation and analysis of sales activities and client interactions, utilizing CRM systems. Actively engage in company-wide projects and initiatives.

Required Qualifications

A genuine interest in impact investing and private markets is crucial. A Master’s degree or equivalent education in a relevant field is required, along with two to three years of experience in investor relations or asset management. Understanding of impact investing principles and industry practices is beneficial. The role demands a proactive, client-focused attitude and strong communication skills. Being organized and detailed is essential, and fluency in English and German is required. Familiarity with French and/or Italian is an advantage, and experience in developing countries is considered valuable.
