Compliance Officer (Specialist) Geneva Full-time

Job Description

This role requires proficiency in administrative and operational tasks, providing essential support to the organization in various compliance-related functions. The position involves ensuring adherence to regulations and maintaining the highest standards of operational excellence across activities.

Responsiblities

The duties include daily compliance checks, monitoring transactions, applying sanctions, handling account opening documents, conducting account reviews, performing client due diligence, classifying corporate documents, and undertaking other administrative tasks and occasional requests.

Required Qualifications

Candidates should possess a legal degree, with advantage given to those with a Master in Economic Law. A strong understanding of international jurisdictions and corporate documents across different regions is necessary. Additionally, knowledge of the legal and regulatory environment in Switzerland’s banking and financial sector is required. Fluency in English is mandatory, with proficiency in additional languages being advantageous. High ethical standards, motivation, attention to detail, and an analytical and methodical approach are essential. Proficiency in IT, particularly Microsoft’s tools, is also required.

Offer
