Job Description

This senior role is integral to leading and managing projects efficiently and effectively within the organization. Reporting to the upper management, you’ll be based in a dynamic environment in Switzerland. You will engage with various teams to drive innovative solutions and support comprehensive design workflows. The role involves direct involvement in project planning, offering insights into process optimization, and collaboration to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

Responsiblities

You will organize and lead a project team, ensuring alignment with project timelines and objectives. Responsibilities include critical review and approval of design documents, thorough planning of all project activities, and maintaining seamless communication between stakeholders, including customers and suppliers. Further, you will calculate necessary engineering parameters, engage in strategic negotiations, and oversee the preparation of specifications and other technical documents. This role also demands participation during the on-site commissioning of projects.

Required Qualifications

The ideal candidate holds a degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering, with over five years of experience in thermal processes, prominently in evaporation and crystallization. Essential skills include excellent negotiation abilities and robust organizational prowess. Proficiency in English and German is mandatory, and the candidate should possess superior problem-solving, analytical, and communication capabilities. A readiness to undertake international travel is also required.
