Responsiblities

This position involves participating in the oversight functions related to operational, market, and financial risks within a wealth management context. Responsibilities include ensuring the effectiveness of control frameworks and promoting an effective risk culture. Tasks include: – Conducting independent controls on investment risks, analyzing portfolios, and monitoring investment constraints; – Providing independent oversight of operational risks such as IT security and fraud prevention; – Managing direct financial risks including balance sheet and credit risks; – Conducting regulatory impact analyses and supporting risk management reporting; – Fostering a strong risk culture through training and support.

Required Qualifications

Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience in risk management or auditing in the financial sector, particularly within Switzerland. A strong understanding of banking regulations, financial instruments, and operational processes is essential. Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools is required, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in French and English is necessary, and knowledge of German is an advantage. Candidates should reside in Switzerland.
