Job Description

This position involves engaging with Swiss corporate clients to manage relationships and deliver a comprehensive product platform through a global network. The role emphasizes operational duties in trade finance and loan administration, along with conducting financial analyses and drafting reports. Collaboration with various internal teams to improve processes is integral.

Responsiblities

1. Execute and keep track of trade finance operations such as L/Cs, SBLCs, and guarantees. Ensure effective handling of corporate loan tasks, including coordination with external entities. Contribute to financial analysis and assist in creating credit application reports. Provide support to management of regular client service requests and communications. Conduct compliance checks and optimize internal processes via automation efforts. Support department policies implementation and aid management with assorted duties.

Required Qualifications

A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related areas is essential. Candidates should possess 2 to 4 years of experience in trade finance, loan administration, or banking middle office. Understanding of trade finance tools and syndicated loan mechanics is necessary. Strong aptitude for financial analysis, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Proficient communication in English is required, with a good command of German and/or French advantageous.
