Job Description

The role of the Project Manager focuses on delivering customer satisfaction and profitability through outstanding execution of contracts and expanding service offerings for clients in the energy sector, specifically in gas turbines and combined cycle systems.

Responsiblities

The Project Manager will oversee the execution of various service contracts, fostering and maintaining strong client relationships. Developing strategic plans for project execution, the Project Manager will lead service teams in maintenance scheduling and actualization. Additional responsibilities include facilitating the development of further sales, showcasing project progress in review meetings, and enhancing processes and tools utilized in day-to-day operations.

Required Qualifications

Candidates must possess a degree in mechanical engineering or business studies, coupled with 5 to 10 years of industrial experience, preferably in the power industry. A minimum of 1 to 3 years in project management or international sales is expected. The role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, critical thinking, problem-solving capabilities, a focus on timely and cost-effective delivery, flexibility, self-motivation, a willingness to travel frequently, and proficiency in English. Knowledge of additional languages such as Italian and German is advantageous.
