Job Description

This position acts as the central information hub connecting customers with various teams such as sales, technical divisions, planning, production, logistics, and finance. The customer service representative is vital in ensuring exceptional, efficient service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and achieving customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include issuing quotes, order entry, overseeing transportation logistics, invoicing, and responding to emails. The role also involves providing post-sales services and maintaining various records.

Responsiblities

Responsibilities include preparing customer quotes, clarifying product details, entering orders, monitoring inventory, coordinating shipping, updating records, ensuring timely dispatch, preparing export documentation, addressing customer inquiries, ensuring revenue recognition, and consistently improving service quality.

Required Qualifications

Candidates should have professional experience in customer service, proficiency in MS Office applications, and knowledge of SAP-ERP is advantageous. Fluency in English is required.
