Job Description

This position centers around acting as a pivotal point for information exchange between multiple departments including customers, sales, technical teams, and logistics. The primary goal is to deliver outstanding service, manage queries, and uphold customer satisfaction. Tasks include crafting quotes, managing orders, organizing shipments, and handling invoicing along with many other engaging responsibilities. The role also involves after-sales service provision and maintaining various record systems.

Responsiblities

Responsibilities include generating customer quotes collaboratively with sales and technical departments, clarifying product specifics with clients, managing order entries and confirmations, tracking orders, and improving delivery dates in cooperation with planning departments. You will coordinate with finance to verify payments, monitor inventory, and manage logistics. Additional duties involve ensuring the timely dispatch of orders, preparing export documentation for customs, maintaining accurate invoicing, and overseeing customer inquiry responses. The role also requires ensuring that all approvals are documented, master data is accurate, and compliance with business rules is achieved. Regular SOX testing and overdue payment management are also part of the responsibilities.

Required Qualifications

Candidates should have significant professional experience in customer service or a related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required, and knowledge of SAP-ERP systems is an advantage. Fluency in English is also necessary.
