Job Description

The role of Relationship Manager offers an exciting opportunity to work within a multi-family office environment. As part of a leading team that operates closely with global offices, you will engage with high-net-worth families, providing strategic planning, investment management, and advisory services. This position at the Senior Associate level allows you to manage key client relationships and gain experience in asset management and private equity investments.

Responsiblities

The role includes building and maintaining long-term relationships with ultra-high-net-worth clients, presenting the company’s offerings, and coordinating with internal teams to manage client affairs. You will provide administrative and operational support to senior team members, assist in preparing detailed client reports, liaise with external professionals on client matters, manage related administration, support internal operations, and contribute to business development.

Required Qualifications

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or equivalent. Preferably, you are a Chartered Accountant or have ACCA qualifications. You should have around 4-6 years of relevant experience in a Big 4 firm or similar, excellent client service and administrative skills, and be proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused. Fluency in English is essential, and strong skills in Excel and MS Office are required. You should ideally be based in Switzerland or have compelling reasons to relocate with eligibility or a current Swiss work permit.
