Job Description

Be a part of a leading firm in high-power electrical solutions, contributing to a sustainable mobility revolution within a collaborative work environment. You’ll serve as the security expert within development teams, creating a protection relay platform with integrated PLC functions and protocol-gateway capabilities for railway substations. The platform operates on a Yocto-based Linux system. Your mission involves ensuring compliance with security standards, challenging the integration of best practices in development workflows, and helping establish a robust security-testing process that aligns with agile methodologies.

Responsiblities

Lead efforts to ensure compliance with security standards throughout the product lifecycle. Develop, implement, and manage your custom testing tools and scripts. Generate structured reports and evidence for internal reviews and certifications. Become actively involved in development sprints, contributing security insights to everyday discussions and decisions. Support and challenge engineering teams to implement security practices effectively. Help create a repeatable workflow for security testing.

Required Qualifications

Possess 3-5 years of experience in cybersecurity testing or previously engaged with industrial or embedded products. Capable of independent work, including deploying tools, automating checks, and setting up test environments. Proficient in understanding and interpreting security requirements and norms. Skilled in scripting languages like Python for automation tasks. Have a strong aptitude for communication and teamwork, especially within agile development processes. Hold a Bachelor or Master’s degree in Computer Science, ideally with a cybersecurity focus. Experience with industrial or embedded systems is advantageous. Familiarity with applying security standards is preferred. Demonstrated capability to build custom testing environments and scripts. Collaborative experience with development teams. Fluent in English and a readiness to learn French.
