Responsiblities
Lead customers through the introductory phase, including setup and training sessions. Manage client accounts post-contract, fostering enduring relationships. Spot opportunities for growth and increase usage, working with sales on expansion strategies. Conduct personalized training sessions tailored to client requirements. Engage with clients swiftly and professionally in both English and German. Provide practical support, tackle difficulties, and collaborate internally for solutions. Offer product knowledge to assist the broader team when necessary. Prioritize tasks based on account size, strategic value, and business impact.
Required Qualifications
Looking for someone who thrives on customer interaction and building strong relationships. Proven expertise in a Customer Success role, ideally within a fast-paced software environment. Knowledge or experience in IT, whether through study, experience, or practical work. Proficient in German and English communication, both written and oral. Ability to convey technical topics clearly and simply. Strong customer-centric focus, with skills in managing expectations realistically. Adaptable and able to maintain efficiency in a multi-tasking environment, handling priorities deftly.
