Responsiblities

Responsible for managing transfer operations across all asset classes and global markets; handling physical share processes; performing reconciliation and investigation for securities; providing front-office support; maintaining daily interactions and monitoring with counterparts and custodians; utilizing SWIFT messaging services; employing technical tools such as Bloomberg, GTMatch, and others to support operations.

Required Qualifications

Requires a minimum of two years of experience in a finance back-office setting. Proficiency in SWIFT systems is advantageous. Fluency in French is essential, with proficient English skills; knowledge of German is a plus. Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and a keen interest in technical tools are necessary. Must be capable of managing stress and demonstrate strong learning capabilities, and a team-oriented attitude is crucial for joining a vibrant team.
