Responsiblities

Manage and support the installation and configuration of payment transaction screening systems, with a key focus on AML and sanctions compliance. Serve as a technical advisor to client teams, assisting them in refining screening processes and explaining potential issues such as false positives or negatives. Engage in technical hands-on work like Linux system access, log analysis, configuring SFTP, and managing system integrations with tools like MQ and REST APIs. Spearhead technical issue investigations and drive product enhancements based on client feedback, supplying root cause analysis and guidance for solutions.

Required Qualifications

Solid understanding of payment processing, screening, and AML compliance. Proficiency in Linux/Unix systems and databases (SQL), and experience with technical application integrations such as SFTP, REST API, MQ. Ability to convey complex technical and risk-related information clearly. Mandatory fluency in English and German, with French or Italian as a plus. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Economics, or equivalent professional experience. Proven track record in financial services, banking, payments, or fintech sectors.
