Job Description

This position involves delivering essential administrative and operational support, ensuring the smooth conduct of compliance-related tasks in an engaging professional setting. The role requires a keen focus on interpersonal and organizational skills, coupled with a passion for maintaining high standards in regulatory procedures.

Responsiblities

– Oversee daily compliance operations, including transaction monitoring and sanction screenings. – Prepare and review account opening documentation and conduct thorough account reviews. – Perform client due diligence and classify corporate documents effectively. – Engage in various administrative tasks and respond to ad-hoc requests promptly.

Required Qualifications

– Legal degree is mandatory; a Master’s in Economic Law is an advantage. – Good knowledge of international jurisdictions and an understanding of corporate legalities across different regions. – Familiarity with the legal and regulatory banking environment in Switzerland is essential. – Proficiency in English is required; additional languages are advantageous. – Must demonstrate strong ethical service orientation, attention to detail, and an analytical mindset. – Solid IT skills, including command over Microsoft tools, are necessary.
