Job Description

In this position, you will be at the heart of operations, serving as the essential link between clients and several organizational departments like sales, technical, planning, production, logistics, and finance. It is crucial to deliver outstanding and efficient service, addressing customer inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring their satisfaction. The role includes issuing quotations, entering orders, managing transportation, invoicing, and a variety of other engaging tasks. Providing after-sales service and maintaining different record systems are integral to the position.

Responsiblities

You will prepare customer quotations in collaboration with sales and technical teams, clarify product details with clients and sales representatives, handle order entry and confirmation, and track orders. A proactive approach is required to align planning dates with requested dates and ensure timely communication with the finance department regarding advance payments. You will manage inventory tracking and possess a strong grasp of order requirements, logistics, and the management of urgent orders. Coordination of shipping requirements with clients, record management, timely dispatch, export documentation preparation, daily invoicing, and handling customer inquiries are key responsibilities. Maintaining customer transaction records, understanding revenue recognition, and auditing requirements are part of this role, as is ensuring accurate master data in systems and compliance with business rules.

Required Qualifications

Candidates should have professional experience in customer service or a related field. Proficiency in MS Office applications is required, and knowledge of SAP-ERP systems is advantageous. Fluency in English is necessary.
