The specialist will not only enhance customer relations but also provide hands-on assistance to resolve issues, ensuring a seamless service journey. Ideal candidates will be empathetic by nature, with a knack for building enduring customer connections. Experience in a similar role within a dynamic tech environment is preferred. A robust IT background is highly advantageous, along with excellent German and English communication skills. The role demands the ability to convey intricate technical concepts in accessible language while advocating for user interests and setting realistic expectations. Adaptability and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities are crucial. Responsiblities
Guide clients through their initial setup and ongoing use of the platform, including training sessions; Manage and nurture client relationships post-agreement, aiming for longevity and satisfaction; Identify and act on opportunities to increase platform usage and client renewals, working alongside sales teams; Tailor training sessions to meet specific client requirements; Maintain effective communication with clients in German and English; Offer technical assistance, collaborate with internal teams to resolve any issues that arise; Share product knowledge to assist broader team efforts; Strategically manage priorities based on client needs and business objectives.
Required Qualifications
An individual with a natural inclination for interacting with people and forming long-lasting relationships; Established experience in a similar customer success role, ideally within a rapidly evolving tech setting; A solid foundation or extensive understanding of IT, through either study or practical experience; Outstanding communication abilities in both German and English; Capability to distill complex technical information into simple terms; Commitment to customer focus, with skill in setting achievable client expectations; Agility in managing both customer success initiatives and support tasks; Expertise in handling multiple client accounts and effectively balancing diverse priorities.
