Job Description

The position is within a leading asset management firm based in Switzerland, specializing in private market investments with a focus on emerging markets. The firm is committed to generating positive outcomes alongside competitive financial returns. The team works closely with various investors, providing both debt and equity financing. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong sales orientation and an interest in managing client relationships in the impact investing sector.

Responsiblities

The role involves supporting the Business Development team in acquiring new investors and managing ongoing client relationships. Responsibilities include preparing and executing client outreach initiatives, organizing sales events and investor meetings, and creating presentations. Additionally, the position requires responding to client inquiries and reporting requests promptly, ensuring client deliverables are of high quality by coordinating with internal teams, and actively contributing to global projects.

Required Qualifications

Candidates should have a strong interest in impact investing, particularly within private markets and emerging markets. A Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Finance, Business Administration, or Economics is required. Candidates should have two to three years of experience in investor relations or asset management, alongside familiarity with impact investing principles. The role demands a proactive and client-focused mindset, exceptional communication skills, and fluency in English and German. Experience in developing countries and knowledge of French or Italian will be considered advantageous.
