Job Description

Our expanding organization is searching for a qualified IT professional to enhance our IT department. The IT Manager will play an essential role in supporting and managing IT systems and infrastructure across both local and international contexts. This involves ensuring the optimal performance of IT resources while minimizing disruptions. The position requires staying updated on technological advancements to better support organizational goals.

Responsiblities

The main responsibilities include managing and supporting IT infrastructure, systems, and services, along with overseeing staff and vendor relations. Efforts to minimize downtime and perform necessary systems validations are key, alongside staying informed about new technologies to enhance security, reduce costs, and improve system performance. The role also demands direct technical support and system administration, extending into non-traditional hours as needed to accommodate production schedules. Goals for IT staff development, workplace safety, and compliance with standards are part of daily operations.

Required Qualifications

Candidates should have completed a degree in IT and should possess at least 5 years of experience in IT Management focusing on IT Infrastructure. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Azure, networking, and ERP systems support (such as Oracle, SAP) is required. Experience with manufacturing technologies including printers and IOT is beneficial. Strong English communication skills are a must, with French and/or German skills preferred. The ideal candidate will be versatile, stress-resistant, and possess excellent problem-solving and leadership abilities. Availability for work outside standard business hours is necessary.
