Responsiblities

As a key part of the risk management team, you will participate in providing independent oversight of various risk types, including operational, market, and financial risks, within a private wealth management setting. Your role will involve enhancing the risk culture and ensuring the effectiveness of the control framework. Responsibilities include conducting independent controls of investment risks, portfolio analyses, risk due diligence, and monitoring investment constraints. You will oversee operational risk controls, conduct thematic reviews, manage financial risks, stay updated on regulatory developments, and support in preparing reports and audits. Additionally, you will contribute to promoting risk culture through training and awareness initiatives.

Required Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of experience in risk management or auditing within a financial institution, with a strong grasp of banking regulations and financial instruments. Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office tools is crucial, along with a methodical approach, autonomy in work, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in both French and English is required, and candidates must reside in Switzerland.
