Job Description

This opportunity is for an individual to lead our IT team as the company expands further. The role focuses on ensuring all IT systems and infrastructures are optimized and efficiently running to support both local and international operations.

Responsiblities

– Manage IT infrastructure and staff, ensuring minimal downtime. – Validate and maintain systems, staying updated on technology improvements for security and cost-effectiveness. – Provide technical support, including outside of business hours for production needs. – Develop IT policies ensuring compliance and oversee IT training and staff development.

Required Qualifications

– Degree in IT. – 5+ years in IT Management focused on infrastructure. – Expertise in Microsoft Office 365, Azure, Networking, ERP systems, and manufacturing tech. – Strong English language skills, with French/German preferred. – Excellent leadership and adaptability to work flexible hours.
