Banking Support Officer Neuchâtel Full-Time

Job Description

The role involves working closely with the Banking Support Team. The primary purpose is to provide high-quality client services and manage various administrative tasks related to bank accounts and investments with accuracy and timeliness. The role includes collaborating with internal teams and external financial institutions.

Responsiblities

– Open and close bank and investment accounts.- Collaborate with financial institutions across different regions to establish client relationships.- Maintain and update bank and investment accounts by modifying beneficiary details or assigning power of attorney.- Terminate accounts based on received instructions.- Input data into the internal database for accurate and up-to-date record-keeping.- Address queries from internal and external sources and assist in resolving issues.- Facilitate the transfer of equities, bonds, mutual funds, and private placements through various custodians and administrators.

Required Qualifications

– Equivalent of a Commerce degree.- Proficiency in English at a minimum B2 level.- Competence in using Word, Excel, Outlook, and financial software.- 2-3 years of relevant work experience.- Strong organizational skills to manage priorities in a demanding environment.- High motivation and adaptability.- Dedicated to providing excellent client care and attention to detail.- Handling confidential information responsibly with professional integrity.
