Job Description

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee the treasury operations, ensuring effective management of cash pool activities, daily liquidity, and foreign exchange exposure management. The role involves substantial responsibilities in cash flow forecasting, maintaining efficient intercompany loan agreements, and contributing to treasury-related projects. The ideal candidate will possess substantial knowledge in financial instruments and experience in treasury systems landscape.

Responsiblities

– Manage and oversee cash pool activities and daily liquidity. – Provide expert funding and financial services. – Execute deals and manage foreign exchange exposure effectively. – Prepare detailed cash flow forecasting and thorough forecast analysis. – Lead the expansion of the cash pool infrastructure. – Maintain and nurture dialogue with operating companies. – Offer technical support for treasury systems and manage treasury reporting. – Provide ad-hoc analytical support and maintain intercompany loan agreements. – Actively participate in and contribute to treasury projects and the ongoing improvement of treasury operations.

Required Qualifications

– Advanced degree in finance or business administration. – Over a decade of pertinent work experience. – Proficient in English with additional language skills in Dutch, French, or German being advantageous. – Strong abilities in interpersonal communication. – Experience with Treasury Management Systems, particularly Quantum, and high proficiency in IT. – In-depth understanding of financial instruments with a focus on foreign exchange. – A proactive approach to identifying enhancements and a readiness to travel as necessary.
