Responsiblities

– Manage global digital transformation projects with a focus on harmonizing processes and implementing IT systems across various functions.- Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring seamless integration of processes and technological enablement.- Oversee projects from conception to rollout and ensure they are sustainably integrated within the organization.- Align stakeholders internationally to secure market agreement on global standards.- Translate business needs into actionable project plans with clear priorities and measurable impact.- Serve as a liaison among global units, local markets, and external partners, ensuring alignment across all parties.- Proactively manage changes, risks, and dependencies while ensuring transparency and training across markets.- Stay updated on digital trends and innovation opportunities.

Required Qualifications

– A degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or a related field.- Extensive experience in project management, combining both traditional and agile methodologies.- Demonstrated success in leading global process improvement and IT implementation projects.- Proven ability to work with diverse market organizations and align global goals.- Strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented approach.- Excellent communication skills in German and English, and the ability to lead teams effectively.
