Job Description

Join a dynamic team and contribute to the innovative development of solutions designed to streamline customer interactions. This role focuses on ownership of customer accounts from onboarding through to relationship management, ensuring a consistently excellent customer experience.

Responsiblities

Guide customers through onboarding including setup and configuration; own and manage customer accounts, building strong relationships; identify opportunities for growth and collaborate with sales for upselling; deliver tailored training sessions and communicate effectively in English and German; provide hands-on support and troubleshoot issues; collaborate with internal teams for resolution; support the team with product expertise; prioritize tasks based on strategic value and impact.

Required Qualifications

An individual who enjoys building relationships and has proven experience in customer success, preferably in a SaaS environment; strong background in information technology; excellent communication skills in German and English; ability to explain technical concepts simply; adept at managing multiple accounts and priorities effectively.
